Eating Disorder Recovery & Life Skills Coach
More about Alexa
Welcome
Hi, I’m Alexa—and I’m truly glad you’re here.
As a trauma recovery coach, I feel honored to walk alongside individuals on their healing journeys. My goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and empowered as you move toward meaningful change.
Who I Support
I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and families navigating trauma, eating disorders, substance use, identity challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel disconnected—from themselves, from others, or from their stories. If that resonates with you, know that you’re not alone.
My Approach as a Trauma Recovery Coach
My work is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and deep listening. I draw from:
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Attachment-Based Therapy
Narrative and family-centered approaches
Together, we’ll explore how early relationships may be shaping current patterns. As you gain insight, you can reconnect with your emotions, build healthier relationships, and restore trust—in yourself and others.
Creating Safe and Supportive Spaces
Healing takes time, and it looks different for everyone. Whether we’re processing grief, unpacking intergenerational trauma, or rebuilding communication within your family, I’m here to support your growth. I believe everyone has the capacity to heal when given the right space and support.
Beyond the Office
Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, creative writing, and exploring local coffee spots. I also find peace in quiet moments spent journaling or being near water.
“Your story matters. Your pain is valid. And your healing is possible.”
